The Doctor Who Meta Community is a weekly discussion comm that sponsors topics relating to both Nu Who and Classic Who. Every Monday there will be a new topic relating to Nu Who, and every Wednesday there will be a new topic relating to Classic Who. Feel free to submit ideas for discussion as well here!


THE RULES

1) No opinion bashing. If someone has an opinion that disagrees with yours, then ... well, that's what discussion communities are for, after all! While discussion is the goal of this community, berating/badgering people is not. If things get too heated, a mod will freeze your post and/or ask you to take your convo to PM. If this happens to you, it’s not personal, it’s because we don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable here.

B) No fan bashing. Realize that although we love DW and its characters, they are fictional characters. The people you are talking with here are real people, with real feelings. Play nice, do unto others, and everything else your mother taught you.

3) No character bashing. It’s fine if you dislike a character, and it’s fine if you explain and describe why, but be conscious of the fact that your least favorite character might be someone else’s hero/heroine and role model.

iv) No actor bashing. Just because you don’t like a character, don’t make personal insults or spread personal rumors about the actor who plays him/her.

E) No bashing of anyone else who works in the Whoniverse - writers, production staff, special effects, Sue From Catering, DWM, Big Finish ... you get the point =P It's fine to describe why you don't like them - we all have strong opinions about this - but no personal attacks, please.
